Refund policy

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Final sales include presales or listings stated as final sale. Timeless collection. Season end sales. Custom orders.

There will be no refund for items after one week. If you choose local pickup, please make arrangements to pick up your order before the one month mark. Hadley Rose Designs will not be responsible for replacing defect items left in storage past the one month mark.
